Due to the success of the work with the children Channels and Choices is currently expanding and we have a rare opportunity for dynamic and energetic individuals to join our staff team. Channels and Choices offer a comprehensive induction program and are committed to training all staff to meet their full potential.
Our training system offers around 25 in- house and external training courses which equips the staff team with the most up to date and effective skills for caring for children and young people. This can lead to a development of qualifications (including NVQ3, NVQ4 and RMA) and progression to more senior roles within the company structure.
