‘Employers of Excellence’- Channels and Choices are committed to the training and development of all their staff. The company is owned and run by qualified social workers ensuring best practice through transcending their knowledge and experience throughout the staff team.

Our training system offers around 25 in- house and external training courses which equips the staff team with the most up to date and effective skills for caring for children and young people.

All new Channels and Choices staff complete a comprehensive induction program in line with the Common Induction Standards to help them gain and demonstrate the skills and knowledge required to work with children with complex needs.
